Incidents / Injuries: United States, the company is aware of 25 incidents where the lid came off. Of second-degree burns to hands and fingers have been reported. No incidents were reported in Canada. Description: This recall involves kettles Copco Harmony. The kettles are available in brushed stainless steel finishes and polished and finished enamelled red, white, black, turquoise, orange, yellow and blue. Other styles Copco kettles are not affected by this recall. Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using these kettles. If the consumer has a stainless steel kettle, it can communicate with Wilton Industries Canada for a free replacement lid. If the consumer has an enamel tea kettle, contact Wilton Industries Canada for a free replacement turquoise tea kettle or a refund.
